Home ed app for parents of home educated children (homeschool app)
Summary
Strew is a new AI Home ed app. It’s for home educators, homeschoolers, unschoolers and pretty much anyone who wants to document the adventures of their children. Strew is a mobile app I have co-created with my sister Kayley. You can read more about Strew here.
Why I co-created Strew
Home educating children (sometimes called homeschooling) is a significant undertaking. To provide a nurturing, engaging environment for a child each and every day is sometimes challenging; but many, many parents do it, and do it well.
Strew is an attempt to make these parents lives easier. To reduce the admin overhead of recording home ed activities, or just learning that’s taken place generally. In the UK and other parts of the world, you may or may not have to ‘report progress’ to education authorities, but if you do it can be a massive headache (on top of an already challenging endeavour).
Strew sensitively uses AI and established app patterns to help you quickly and effectively log your childs progress. It manages keeping a track of educational elements, lets you work towards, and celebrate, milestones and other accomplishments.
Strew is the home ed app.
